2005 Keystone 5th wheel by Everest in Cape Meares, Oregon For Sale

We have a xxxx deluxe double slide 5th Wheel for immediate sale. We have used it maybe 6 times. It is normally hooked up to power with a dehumidifier and heater running at all times. It is a premium unit with high profile sealing, washer/dryer hook-up in the bedroom closet. Two pivoting recliner chair, actual hardwood table and chair, 27 " TV with full stereo surround sound through out the whole trailer.
We would be willing to deliver to trailer withing 150 miles, after the funds have cleared. I did a NADA book value and it was rated at $42,000. We are currently asking #35,000 O.B.O. Reasonable offers will also be considered
